Open Access (No Registration Required)

Instant Access: Clu bots is completely free and accessible without an account, registration, login, or password.

No Personal Profiles: You do not need to submit names, email addresses, or any personal details to use our bots, blocks, or simulation tools.

Educational & Personal Use License

Permitted Use: Clu-bots is provided for non-commercial educational use by learners, schools, coding clubs, robotics workshops, and families.

Platform IP: All bot designs, simulation environments, graphic assets, block logic, sound effects, and underlying platform software are owned by or licensed to Clu-bots and are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your Code & Creations: Any code, logic routines, or algorithms you write or configure in the simulation remain yours. Because there are no accounts, creations run locally in your browser session.

Acceptable Use Policy

While using the simulation tools, you agree not to:

• Attempt to inject malicious scripts, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the platform infrastructure.
• Scrape, mirror, or republish Clu-bots assets for commercial resale or unauthorized commercial software packaging.
• Use the simulation tools in any manner that violates applicable local or federal laws.

Session Data & Local Storage

Because Clu-bots requires no login:

• Progress, variables, or workspace blocks exist primarily within your current browser session.
• If you close or refresh your browser, unsaved block configurations may reset unless you use our built-in browser-level export/save features (e.g., downloading your code locally to your computer). We bear no responsibility for lost unsaved work.

Trademarks and Sponsor Logos The Clu-block name, logo, and brand assets are the property of Clu-block.org.

All third-party trademarks, service marks, logos, and brand names displayed on the Platform—including those of our sponsors, partners, grantmakers, and supporters—are the exclusive property of their respective owners.

The display of these logos on Clu-block does not grant you any license, permission, or right to copy, download, reproduce, modify, or redistribute them without the express prior written consent of the respective trademark owner. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Content Notice

Certain elements on Clu-bots—including bot artwork, decorative scene graphics, simulation challenges, and instructional text—may be generated, assisted, or enhanced using artificial intelligence (AI) tools. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creators, volunteers, and operators of Clu-bots shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or technical issues resulting from your use of, or inability to use, this tool.
